Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using zcorefinance.app, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not accept all terms stated here, you must stop using the platform immediately.

These terms apply to all users regardless of how they access the platform — via web browser, API, or any future mobile application. ZCore Finance reserves the right to update these terms with notice.

Use of Services

You may use ZCore Finance only for lawful purposes. You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to trade cryptocurrency in your jurisdiction. Commercial use of our API requires separate written authorization.

Liability

ZCore Finance is not liable for losses resulting from market volatility, user error, unauthorized account access caused by compromised credentials, or service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.

You accept that cryptocurrency trading carries substantial risk of loss. Past performance on the platform does not indicate future results. You trade entirely at your own risk.

Intellectual Property

All content on zcorefinance.app — including logos, platform design, written content, and proprietary software — is owned by ZCore Finance and protected under applicable copyright and trademark law.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZCore Finance's total liability to any user for any claim shall not exceed the total fees paid by that user in the 90 days preceding the claim.

ZCore Finance shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including lost profits, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Third-Party Services

The platform may integrate third-party tools for charting, payment processing, and identity verification. ZCore Finance does not control third-party services and is not responsible for their terms or failures.

Security Obligations

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and 2FA devices. Any activity conducted under your account credentials is your responsibility.

Your Rights

You have the right to close your account at any time, withdraw your remaining balance, and request deletion of personal data subject to regulatory retention obligations under applicable law.

Changes to Terms

ZCore Finance may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email and in-app notification at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
